*Each fertilization treatment you will receive a broad-leaf weed treatment application. We will also spot treat any other weeds. Step 1 includes a Pre-Emergent, so we will not spray the dormant grass unless it is needed for a particular weed issue.

DESCRIPTION: PRE-EMERGENT WITH FERTILIZER
FUNCTION: Begin the season properly by applying a pre-emergent barrier to stop grassy and some broad-leaf weeds from germinating. The proper fertilization of macro nutrients is applied at correct rates.

STEP 2: April between 15th and the end of the month.

DESCRIPTION: PRE-EMERGENT WITH FERTILIZER
FUNCTION: The second round includes another balanced application of N-P-K accompanied by a pre-emergent. This pre-emergent will in a broad spectrum sense stop both broadleaf and grassy weeds from germinating. Besides from its pre-emergent attributes it also has post control capabilities which will kill off any weeds that have managed to still breakthrough. Here in this second round we deliver more nutrient including iron for vigor.

STEP 3: May between 15th and the end of the month.

DESCRIPTION: BROAD SPECTRUM BROAD-LEAF HERBICIDE W/ FERTILIZER
FUNCTION: This application gives you superior post-emergent control of tough broad-leaf weeds on fairways, aprons, roughs, sod, lawns and landscape areas. Its 2,4-D free formulation is effective in cool and warm-season turf. The advanced “three-way” formulation contains Triclopyr, Fluroxypyr and MCPA in an easy-to-use liquid formulation. Battleship III controls annual and perennial broadleaf weeds including Dandelion, Chickweed, Black Medic, Knotweed, Plantain, Oxalis, Clover, Cocklebur, Thistle and many other species.

STEP 4: June between 15th and the end of the month.
13-0-13 (50% XCU) 3% FE ENTOURAGE
DESCRIPTION: SURFACE INSECT & GRUB CONTROL WITH FERTILIZER AND IRON
FUNCTION: Entourage combines Imidacloprid and Lambda cyhalothrin to harness two powerful modes of action. Entourage prevents the flow of nerve impulses through the insects individual nerve cells and stops the flow between nerves as well. This dual activity unites the rapid action of a synthetic pyrethroid with the long residual control of a neonicotinoid for fast curative control and excellent residual control of surface-feeding turf pests.

STEP 5: July between 15th and the end of the month.
3-3-0 (100% MOST) WITH TRI-FORCE
DESCRIPTION: ADVANCED SOIL PROBIOTIC WITH FERTILIZER
FUNCTION: Supports root biomass formation resulting in a more vigorous root system. Enhances crop quality and yield under both favorable and stressful growth conditions. Contains a unique, complex and multifunctional microbial ecosystem to support a healthy soil microbiome. Application to plants tips the rhizosphere microbiome in favor of beneficial microbes. Creating a rhizosphere with robust beneficial microbes enhances the plants’ ability to overcome stresses.

STEP 6: September near the 15th
9-0-4 W/PALEO (35%XCU) (22%PHYSIOCAL)
DESCRIPTION: FERTILIZER WITH CALCITIC LIME INCLUDING HUMATE PACKAGE
FUNCTION: Final application will not only feed the turf but will balance ph by harnessing the power of physio-cal. PhysioCal is different from traditional lime-based soil conditioners in that it contains the biostimulant Humistim. Together, the Calcimer and Humistim work to stimulate soil microbes to breakdown organic material into plant available nutrients, with an enhanced micro pH, and more complete nutrition with additional N, Ca, S and Mg.

*Between treatments we will spot spray any weeds in the turf. We usually stop back 10 days after application to check on progress.
